Purpose and scope
This Ethics Statement sets out the principles Fit2Trade expects to guide business conduct. It applies to our work with colleagues, customers, suppliers, contractors and other business partners.
It is intended to support sound judgement and responsible behaviour. It does not replace applicable law, employment obligations or specific contractual requirements.
Integrity and lawful conduct
We aim to act honestly, fairly and in good faith. We expect people acting for Fit2Trade to comply with applicable law, communicate accurately, avoid misleading conduct and treat business commitments seriously.
Bribery, corruption and fair dealing
Fit2Trade does not tolerate bribery, corruption, fraud or improper inducements. Gifts, hospitality or other benefits must not be offered or accepted where they are intended, or could reasonably appear intended, to improperly influence a business decision.
We expect fair dealing with customers, competitors, suppliers and partners and do not support dishonest or anti-competitive conduct.
Conflicts of interest
Actual or potential conflicts between personal interests and Fit2Trade responsibilities should be disclosed so they can be considered appropriately. Business decisions should be made in the interests of Fit2Trade and the relevant customer or stakeholder obligations, not for undisclosed personal benefit.
Respectful behaviour
Fit2Trade expects a professional and respectful working environment. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation or other abusive conduct is not consistent with our standards.
We respect internationally recognised human rights and expect fair treatment of workers in our own operations and business relationships.
Confidentiality, privacy and information
Confidential information, personal data and intellectual property should be handled responsibly and used only for legitimate business purposes. Access should be limited to people who need it, and legal, contractual and security requirements should be followed.
Health, safety and responsible decisions
We expect people working for and with Fit2Trade to take health and safety seriously, follow relevant workplace arrangements and raise concerns where they see avoidable risk or inappropriate conduct.
Raising concerns
Concerns about unethical, unlawful or inappropriate conduct connected with Fit2Trade can be raised at concerns@fit2trade.com. Reports should be made in good faith and include enough information for the concern to be understood.
Fit2Trade will handle concerns responsibly and limit disclosure to those who need the information to assess or respond to the matter, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Responsibility and review
Fit2Trade management is responsible for keeping this statement under review and for considering whether supporting policies, training or controls need to change as the business develops.
