Who this Code applies to
This Partner Code of Conduct sets out Fit2Trade’s expectations for suppliers, contractors, service providers, consultants and other business partners (“Partners”). It is intended to support responsible business relationships and should be read alongside any contract with Fit2Trade.
Where a contract or applicable law sets a higher or more specific standard, that requirement takes precedence.
Lawful and ethical conduct
Partners are expected to comply with laws and regulations applicable to their business and their work with Fit2Trade. Partners should act honestly, maintain appropriate business records and avoid conduct that could expose Fit2Trade or its customers to unlawful or unethical activity.
Bribery, corruption and conflicts
Partners must not offer, request, give or accept bribes, kickbacks or other improper benefits in connection with Fit2Trade business. Potential conflicts of interest that could affect impartial business decisions should be disclosed promptly.
Human rights and employment practices
Partners must not use forced, bonded, trafficked or child labour. Workers should be treated fairly and with dignity, and employment practices should comply with applicable requirements relating to pay, working time, freedom of association and other employment rights.
Discrimination, harassment, intimidation and abusive treatment are inconsistent with Fit2Trade’s expectations.
Health and safety
Partners are expected to provide safe and healthy working conditions appropriate to their activities and to comply with applicable health and safety law. Risks arising from work carried out for Fit2Trade or at customer premises should be managed responsibly.
Confidentiality, data and intellectual property
Partners must protect confidential information, personal data and intellectual property belonging to Fit2Trade, customers and other parties. Information should be accessed and used only where authorised and safeguarded in line with applicable law and contractual requirements.
Environmental responsibility
Partners should take a proportionate approach to reducing avoidable environmental impact, including responsible use of resources and waste management where relevant to their operations. We favour credible, evidence-based environmental claims over unsupported targets or marketing statements.
Raising concerns
Partners should raise suspected serious breaches of this Code, unlawful conduct or other ethical concerns connected with Fit2Trade at concerns@fit2trade.com.
Fit2Trade will assess concerns responsibly and share information only as necessary for review, response, legal compliance or protection of relevant parties.
How this Code is used
This Code describes Fit2Trade’s expected standard of conduct; it does not create audit rights, automatic termination rights or certification requirements beyond those agreed in a specific contract. Fit2Trade may discuss material concerns with a Partner and agree proportionate corrective steps where appropriate.
