Our position
Fit2Trade opposes modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and the exploitation of workers. We expect our business activities and relationships to be conducted lawfully and with respect for human rights and human dignity.
This is a voluntary corporate statement of Fit2Trade’s position and expectations. It does not state or imply that Fit2Trade is required to publish a statement under any particular modern-slavery statute.
Our people
People working for Fit2Trade are expected to follow applicable law and our ethical standards, treat colleagues and business contacts with respect, and raise concerns where they become aware of conduct that may involve exploitation, coercion or other serious labour-rights issues.
Suppliers and business partners
Our Partner Code of Conduct states that suppliers and partners must not use forced, bonded, trafficked or child labour and should maintain lawful and fair employment practices.
We expect concerns relevant to modern slavery or human trafficking in a Fit2Trade business relationship to be taken seriously and brought to our attention.
Responsible business expectations
Fit2Trade’s approach is based on clear standards rather than unsupported claims about audit programmes or supply-chain statistics. We expect lawful conduct, fair treatment, safe working conditions, responsible handling of concerns and appropriate action where credible issues are identified.
