The Fit2trade portal is an excellent, business critical tool which drives Learning and Development for our team across all levels of the business. The portal is hugely flexible and hosts our new team member welcome module alongside all of our key statutory training. We plan to add our Management development programmes to the portal shortly highlighting the flexibility and quality of the system.

The key aspect of the Fit2trade portal is ensuring that all of our new starts begin training on essential statutory training from their first day. The portal has been a huge success for us and due to the flexibility of modules and course options it is a perfect fit for any hospitality company.
