It is the learning and discovery of these Defined Obtainable Talents (DOTs) that forms the Future Skills Diploma. Each DOT is a 1 hour online course for you to complete.

How the Future Skills Diploma works for Employees

Assigned

Employees are given access to the Future Skills Diploma in the portal.

Skill Group

Each month for 12 months, a Skill Group is added to their account.

4 Hours

Employees complete the 4 one-hour DOTs and Assessments in that Skill Group.

Employees can track their micro-credentials via a personal Dashboard that can be shared.

Employees are awarded the Future Skills Diploma upon completion of all 48 Defined Obtainable Talents.
