Risk Rating Classification
We use a risk rating system to assess the likelihood and severity of each hazard. This is often done on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 represents the lowest risk and 10 the highest. The likelihood of the hazard occurring and the severity of the consequence if it does are multiplied to determine the risk rating.
